You Stay in Control of Your Accounts
I won't ask you to send me your Microsoft, email or other account passwords.
When a password, PIN or multi-factor authentication code is required, you enter it yourself during the appointment.
What About My Existing Files?
If your files are already stored in OneDrive or another accessible location, I can help make them available on the new computer.
Larger or more complicated data transfers may need to be assessed separately, particularly where the old computer has faults or the data is not already accessible.

This service is for setting up a working new computer. Data recovery from a failed or damaged computer is not included in the standard setup.
