Most Computer Problems Don't Need a Visit

Many Windows problems can be fixed remotely at a booked appointment without waiting for somebody to travel to you.

If the problem is with Windows, software, email, Microsoft 365, performance or another issue that can be accessed remotely, one of the fixed-price remote services will usually be more appropriate.

Smashed screens, damaged charging ports, liquid damage, motherboard repairs, broken hinges, soldering and internal component repairs are outside the service.
